All registration fees include President's Reception,
Awards Banquet and CLE materials. All pre-registration
forms received after July 11, 2008, will be processed
at the on-site rate. Online
registration for the 83rd Annual Conference will
not be available after July 11, 2008.
** The membership year for NEW members is
twelve months from the date joined. Dues amount
is based on the year of original admission to the
bar.
+ All dues expiring
through August 2007 must be renewed for the 2007-
2008 membership year in order to register at the
Convention rate.

This is the only NBA registration fee Judicial Council
members are required to pay; however, NBA dues and
Judicial Council dues must be current for the 2007-2008
membership year.
NBA
dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution
for federal tax purposes, but may be deductible
as a business expense.

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Registration fee less a $50 handling charge
will be refunded if written cancellation is
postmarked by July 11, 2008. No requests for
refunds will be accepted after July 11,
2008
